The main feature which no other event booking system does is "hot standby", if an event is full a user can request to be added to the hot stand by list. This information is then stored. at a given time before the event, eventBooker sends a reminder to all attendees do they still want to attend, if any of them say no their place is freed up. All hot standby people are then contacted.

This maximise the attendance at the event.
